# ServeProof

> ServeProof is a serve-and-prove vault for self-managing landlords in England. It generates the statutory documents the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and existing law require (Written Statement of Terms, the official Renters' Rights Act Information Sheet as a file, deposit prescribed information, Section 13 rent increase notices on Form 4A), emails them to tenants as attachments, and keeps a per-landlord, hash-chained proof-of-service log with a court-ready certificate of service.
